Job summary

RSM US LLP in New York is seeking a dynamic Transfer Pricing Manager to join our growing International Tax team. You will lead client engagements from planning through delivery, supervise staff, and advise on intercompany transfers while coordinating business development efforts.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in economics/accounting/business/finance, CPA/JD/EA or equivalent, and at least five years of TP experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of five (5) years of progressive tax and transfer pricing experience.
• Requires CPA, JD, EA or alternate approved certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Experience in strategic transfer pricing studies, financial statement analyses, valuations, and econometrics.
• Strong tax accounting skills with proficiency in US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Run client engagements from start to finish including planning, execution, and budgeting.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff on TP projects and assess performance.
• Evaluate intercompany transfers and conduct financial analyses of firms.
