Job summary

RSM US LLP in New York is seeking a dynamic Transfer Pricing Supervisor to join our growing international tax team. You will manage engagements from planning through completion, guiding budgets and timelines, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with clients.

You will analyze intercompany transfers, perform economic valuations and financial analysis, and support business development efforts. A Bachelor's degree and CPA/JD/EA or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Active CPA, JD, Enrolled Agent or alternate certification is preferred or in process.
• Minimum of four (4) years of progressive tax and transfer pricing experience in public accounting, consulting, internal roles, or academia.
• Experience in transfer pricing studies, financial statements analysis, valuations, and econometrics.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in supporting client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and completing tax and transfer pricing projects and managing to budget.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff on tax and transfer pricing projects and assess performance for engagement reviews.
• Evaluate and advise clients on intercompany transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans; conduct financial and economic analyses.
• Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance using MS Word, Excel, and statistical tools.
• Review GAAP financial statements and communicate findings to clients.
• Interact with client management to gather information, resolve issues, and propose process improvements; assist in business development.
