Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Tax Experienced Manager, Transfer Pricing to guide clients on transfer pricing implications and compliance. This role involves marketing, networking and business development within the TP practice, identifying policy changes, and applying them to client engagements.

The position requires leadership to manage engagements, budgets, schedules, and delivery of final reports, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with senior professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Six+ years of experience in a transfer pricing practice; supervisory experience required.
• Experience supervising professionals on projects or engagements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong analytical and research abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer pricing engagements from planning to final reporting.
• Develop transfer pricing methods and prepare documentation.
• Assist in budgets, timelines, and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations and OECD guidelines.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff and manage engagement metrics.
• Contribute to business development and client pitches.
