Capital One's CAST team seeks a Senior Manager, Senior Counsel to drive high‑stakes corporate and strategic transactions. You will draft, negotiate, and advise across mergers, investments, licensing, and agreements, while coordinating outside counsel and ensuring efficient processes in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Ideal candidates bring a J.D., 4+ years in relevant transactions, and strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Competenze

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership with Virginia Corporate Counsel eligibility.
• At least 4 years of experience in corporate and strategic transactions.

Mansioni

• Assist in managing and negotiating a wide range of transactions including M&A and venture capital investments.
• Work with due diligence, portfolio sales, strategic arrangements, and procurement contracts.
• Counsel business groups and provide legal advice on complex issues.
• Implement repeatable processes for transactional work.
• Coordinate outside counsel and manage services delivery and cost.
