Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of at least one state bar with ability to register as Corporate Counsel in Virginia.
• At least 3 years of experience in transactional matters in law firm, government, military or in-house counsel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a wide range of transactions, including drafting and negotiating.
• Work with due diligence, partnerships, marketing agreements, and complex procurement and outsourcing contracts.
• Counsel and advise business groups on complex legal issues and implement repeatable processes for transactional work.
• Coordinate outside counsel and manage delivery of services and costs.
