Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Corporate Counsel to lead mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, and other strategic transactions. You will provide governance and subsidiary management advice across complex deals for internal clients.

This full-time, on-site role is based in Palo Alto, CA, Washington, DC, Austin, TX, or New York, NY, with a total rewards package including equity, medical/vision/dental, a 401(k), disability and life insurance, and other perks.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 6+ years in Corporate or M&A at a top-tier law firm.
• Experience representing mature private and public companies.
• Expertise in complex corporate structures and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, and other strategic transactions from start to finish.
• Collaborate with corporate development, finance and operations for a smooth deal process.
• Drive post-closing integration.
• Advise on corporate governance and US and international subsidiary matters.
• Provide counsel on general corporate matters.
