Qualifications

• Associate degree required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 1 year of management or leadership experience in business or industry.
• 4 years of experience with managing budgets, comprehensive projects, and evaluation methods.
• 3 years of demonstrated ability in project management.

Responsibilities

• Developing, marketing, supervising, coordinating, and executing training/instructional activities for customized grant/contract training.
• Overseeing operating budgets and monitoring expenditures for assigned projects.
• Coordinating employment documents and supervising trainers, instructors and staff on active projects.
• Maintaining relationships with workforce, economic development, and industry partners across Texas.
• Ensuring timely, high-quality project completion with structured processes.
