Qualifications

• Associate degree (or higher) in Industrial Systems, Mechatronics, Electrical Troubleshooting, or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Three to five years of experience in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or automation.
• Demonstrated expertise in relevant technical areas and strong safety practices.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce training programs and mentor other trainers.
• Support curriculum development across technical, manufacturing, healthcare, and high-demand sectors.
• Engage with employers to design and deliver customized training solutions.
• Develop and deliver instruction, coordinate schedules and materials, and ensure learner success.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with credentialing and safety standards.
• Collaborate with adjunct instructors to promote instructional excellence.
