The role partners with Recruiting/HR and Marketing to coordinate community reporting, PR events, and social media presence. You will oversee scheduling for light-duty staff, maintain records, handle complaints and public intake, and

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Interviewing skills and customer-centered communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors office staff; hires, onboards, and manages daily performance of direct reports.
• Evaluates performance, conducts regular check-ins, and provides coaching and corrective action.
• Subject matter expert in records management.
• Manages scheduling and workload distribution for temporary light‑duty assignments.
• Oversees certifications and accreditations (CAAS, DOT annual report, State EMS Fund Act grant, etc.).
• Organizes annual community report with Presbyterian Marketing; participates in PR and recruiting events.
• Coordinates social media activities and tracking of job requisitions.
• Oversees onboarding processes, orientation, and IT system profiles for new hires.
• Participates in monthly headcount planning; tracks leave and personnel actions.
• Responsible for QI incident investigations and follow-ups; interfaces with the public for intake.
• Assists with data reporting and KPI/scorecard updates; maintains board meeting minutes.
• Supports senior leadership through meeting coordination and calendar availability.
• Reports to the Chief of Albuquerque Ambulance; performs other duties as assigned.
