Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Buckeye Link Training Analyst in the Strategic Enrollment | Buckeye Link area. This role leads training development and facilitation for new staff and upskills current staff to ensure excellent service to prospective students, current students, parents, alumni, staff and constituents who contact Buckeye Link.

The Training Analyst collaborates with leadership, updates the internal knowledge base, and serves as a subject matter expert to resolve complex cases

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4 years of progressive Buckeye Link experience.
• Demonstrated professional judgment and knowledge of university policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessment for new hires and existing staff.
• Onboard, develop, and facilitate training for staff and provide continuous learning opportunities.
• Evaluate counselor readiness and provide coaching to staff.
• Maintain training content in knowledge management systems and update Salesforce templates.
