• Serve as a resource for staff and student employees; resolve complicated and escalated cases and provide real-time feedback.
• Support office objectives and customer service expectations with in-depth analysis and knowledge base maintenance.
• Provide weekly updates, assist in basic technology troubleshooting, and manage Orientation appointments.
