Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking a FIROC Operations Manager to oversee training material development and curriculum delivery in support of TREX programs. You will lead material creation, reviews, and system maintenance to ensure alignment with intelligence objectives and customer requirements.

The role emphasizes instructional leadership, policy review, and training records management, with opportunities to advise on tradecraft and technology use in a high-security environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum 12 years as MOS 35F (All-Source Analyst).
• 12 years Army Military Intelligence experience.
• Minimum 2 years instruction on DCGS-A/DIS.
• Graduate of ABIC or IC instructor courses.
• Proficiency in DCGS-A/DIS software applications.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Must complete DISFC, GEP, and DISMGC within 90 days.
• Ability to define problems and lead analytical studies.
• Demonstrates leadership in analytic production methodologies aligned with mission.
• Provides strategic advisory input to defense planners and policymakers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, review and validate work products, instructional materials, and reports to meet standards.
• Provide counseling, mentorship, and performance feedback to contractor personnel.
• Track workload, identify resource constraints, and elevate risks to leaders.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver training material for intelligence goals.
• Produce lesson plans, presentations, and curricula for educational systems.
• Review policy publications and assess applicability to training products.
• Maintain training records and tracking systems.
• Create realistic training environments for applied intelligence tradecraft.
• Facilitate requirements breakdown and analysis sessions to drive collaboration.
