This senior role shapes strategy, business development, and financial decision-making to advance NCAC’s mission.

You will oversee operations, staff, budgets, and contracts, collaborating with executive leadership to grow training programs

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years budgeting and revenue-generating program leadership.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience with Salesforce, LMS, virtual training technologies.

• Oversee development of new professional training offerings.
• Review quality and relevance of existing trainings.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen NCAC's training portfolio.
• Implement innovative training modalities to expand access and impact.
• Develop pricing strategies and evaluate costs and staffing.

• Manage Training Department staff, budgets, and contracts.
