Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field with significant leadership experience.
• Experience in child advocacy, workforce development, or higher education administration.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, accreditation, assessment, and grant management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for planning, implementation, evaluation, and expansion of Child Advocacy Studies programs, certificates, workforce training initiatives, and grant-funded projects.
• Manage program operations including scheduling, enrollment management, recruitment, student support, assessment, budgeting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support program effectiveness, sustainability, growth, and alignment with institutional priorities.
• Coordinate curriculum development and integration of Child Advocacy Studies courses and pathways.
• Direct program review, accreditation, assessment, continuous improvement, and compliance with institutional, state, federal, and grant requirements.
• Develop, administer, and monitor program and grant budgets; identify funding opportunities; ensure responsible stewardship of resources.
• Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with educational institutions, child advocacy centers, schools, government agencies, nonprofits, and workforce partners.
