Job summary

Osage Casino Tulsa is seeking a security professional to supervise shift operations, lead staff, and ensure safe, compliant casino environment. You will oversee guest services, monitor assets, and coordinate with regulators.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Associate degree with relevant experience, CLEET certification, and the ability to obtain a gaming license. A valid driver’s license and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with department-specific experience or one year of department-specific experience.
• Gambling, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Prior experience in law enforcement, military or civilian security services is helpful.
• Working knowledge of data entry and basic computer programs is required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• GUEST SERVICES: Provides excellent internal and external guest services with courtesy and consideration.
• DEPARTMENT OPERATIONS: Patrols property, performs chip fills and jackpot verifications, escorts money and individuals.
• REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: Ensures compliance with NIGC/ONGC rules and gaming regulations.
• BUSINESS GROWTH/DEVELOPMENT: Assists with detailed operating reports.
• ORGANIZATIONAL GROWTH/DEVELOPMENT: Leads staff orientation, performance evaluations and training.
• Judgment/Decision-making: Makes informed decisions based on available data.
• COMMUNICATION: Maintains effective communication with staff and management.
• EMERGENCY: Provides assistance to authorities as needed.
