Job summary

Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a Training Facilitator to lead the development, planning, and coordination of the annual training plan at Robins AFB, GA. The role focuses on ROI analysis, leadership development, and tailored training programs for personnel.

You will establish local policies for IDPs, perform needs assessments, and implement process improvements to ensure all required training and certifications remain current across shifts.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in training can improve employee morale, turnover, production and skill utilization.
• Experience conducting studies to identify training-related improvements.
• Advising management on how to enhance employee potential through training.

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans, and coordinates the activities and strategic planning for the annual training plan.
• Reviews training concepts in terms of ROI, process improvements, customized training, leadership skills and develops plans to accomplish these requirements.
• Develops local policies and procedures in creating and maintaining IDPs for employees.
• Conducts needs assessment and develops process improvements for training plans.
• Ensures all mandatory and required training, including certifications, are documented and current.
