Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Training Analyst Facilitator in Tampa, FL, to support DoD-level training and force-protection programs. The role demands deep GCC knowledge, a Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred), and the ability to develop training materials, conduct courses, and advise on strategic communications for national security objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in survivability and vulnerability research to inform USCENTCOM CCJ3 and CCJ5 continuing requirements to improve survivability capabilities and FP support.
• Develop recommendations for Government approval related to strategic communication, outreach, and awareness requirements as well as non-routine training.
• Conduct the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs.
• Develop all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids).
• Develop all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
• Train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and/or computer based training.
• Minimum 5 years of Geographic Combatant Command (GCC) staff experience is required
• Experts on the functioning of a GCC, theater strategy, CCPs, Campaign Plans, and FP support to theater strategy and regional threats
• Experienced with risk management process of FP functions across Service Components
• Provide consultation on complex projects as top level contributor/specialist
• Master's degree and/or Ph.D.; at least 12 years of experience in the field or related area
• DoD secret clearance required, TS preferred with SCI eligibility
