Job summary

JLL is seeking a Training Coordinator to implement training programs and support training needs analysis. You will assign training, troubleshoot issues, and track completion across sites while ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness.

You will partner with management and stakeholders to carry out the Training Plan and drive value through effective learning solutions. This role involves coordinating with Account and Client EHS Leads, Facility Director Operations Manager, Finance, and Human

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across different time zones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with learning management systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Manage client and JLL Training Assignment Portfolios, maintaining audit readiness with training data and reporting at all times.
• Assign and track training across multiple learning platforms.
• Run training reports, support training completion at assigned sites, and meet training compliance metrics.
• Troubleshoot training issues.
• Create and apply innovative training solutions and tools for site and program training.
• Collaborate with client and JLL leadership to ensure training compliance for sites.
• Work with onboarding teams to ensure role training is listed in Portfolio and assigned per directives.
