Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Buckeye Link Training Analyst in Columbus to lead training development and facilitation for new staff and upskill current staff, ensuring excellent service to prospective students, families, alumni and staff.

This role maintains the internal knowledge base and chatbot content, coaches counselors, assesses readiness, updates templates in Salesforce, and partners with leadership to improve policies and systems in Buckeye Link.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years of Buckeye Link experience.
• Strong judgment and knowledge of university policies.

Responsibilities

• Train and facilitate onboarding for new staff and upskill current staff.
• Maintain and update internal knowledge base and chatbot content.
• Coach counselors and assess counselor readiness after training.
• Update Salesforce email templates and support problem resolution.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve operational policies and systems.
