Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Kansas or ability to obtain within six months.
• Five years of engineering experience and two years as project manager.
• Experience in traffic operations including planning, design, and construction.

• Review and approve traffic control and pavement marking plans.
• Manage all phases of traffic projects from planning to inspection.
• Respond to citizens' inquiries regarding traffic issues.
