Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from ABET Accredited University required.
Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a discipline/task lead required.
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Project Management or related experience/field preferred.
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Engineering Design preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage project scope, schedule, and cost for highway projects from opportunity through completion.
Lead project teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop proposals and contracts.
Ensure timely updates, risk management, and adherence to quality procedures.
Communicate project status and milestones to client and senior leadership.
Support business development and client management throughout the project lifecycle.
