FormFactor, Inc. in Seattle seeks a Senior Trade Classification Specialist to classify products for HTS/HTSUS and ECCN, support cross-border trade, and optimize duty outcomes. The role partners with Engineering, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, and brokers to ensure compliant data and documentation.

The ideal candidate brings deep tariff classification experience, strong data analysis skills, and ERP/GTM familiarity, with emphasis on documentation, audits, and training internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on customs tariff classification experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTSUS, GRIs, ECCN and EAR/ITAR determinations.
• Experience with technical documentation and ERP/GTM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Review product data to assign HTS/HTSUS and Schedule B classifications.
• Determine ECCNs and export control jurisdiction; maintain classifications.
• Collaborate with brokers and internal teams to ensure timely data updates.
• Develop and document defendable classification rationales and notes.
• Maintain product classification data in ERP/GTM systems and audits.
• Support origin determinations under USMCA and FTAs.
• Provide training materials and deliver training on classification basics.
