FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Senior Trade Classification Specialist to ensure accurate HTS/HTSUS and ECCN classifications for imports and exports. You will collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and external brokers to ensure compliant data and documentation.

The role emphasizes building a defendable classification framework, maintaining ERP/GTM data, and supporting country-of-origin determinations, audits, and CBP inquiries, with focus on US trade regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in customs tariff classification within a corporate trade compliance environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Engineering, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Classify imports with HTSUS codes and exports with Schedule B codes.
• Assign ECCNs and determine export jurisdiction.
• Develop a classification framework for common items.
• Collaborate with customs brokers for updates and corrections.
• Maintain product classification database in ERP/GTM systems.
• Support origin determinations (USMCA and FTAs).
