Job summary

Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Risk to lead large-scale programs that strengthen risk management across our products and infrastructure. You will work with engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance teams to build frameworks, controls, and tooling that make Meta’s systems trustworthy at scale.

You will own end-to-end risk programs from assessment to design, execution, and sustained operation, applying problem-solving, technical acumen, and business insight to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-discipline risk programs across engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical investments into clear business cases.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end programs with measurable risk reduction.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead program teams to align objectives across functions.
• Define requirements, roadmap, and long-term strategy with partner teams.
• Communicate program status, challenges, and risks to stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, adjust scope, timeline, and resources.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from technical analysis to post-launch support.
• Set metrics, quality benchmarks, and performance indicators.
• Anticipate and address long-term risk and compliance challenges with engineering leaders.
• Drive product strategy to align with company initiatives and scale risk across AI systems.
