Job summary

Meta's Risk organization seeks a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale risk programs, collaborating with engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance to build controls and tooling that strengthen trust in Meta's products and infrastructure.

You will drive end-to-end risk programs from identification through design, implementation, and operation of safeguards, scaling risk assessment and evidence of effectiveness across teams.

Qualifications

• BS in EE, CS, ME, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in software engineering, hardware engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management.
• Ability to communicate complex technical investments simply and understandably.
• Experience delivering complex technology programs from inception through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead program teams to ensure alignment and objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance to define requirements and roadmap.
• Create communication strategies for program status, challenges, and risks.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, mitigate risks, adjust scope/timeline/resources.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of programs: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, support.
• Track metrics, quality benchmarks, and performance indicators.
