Job summary

Meta's Risk organization seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale risk programs that strengthen how risk is managed across Meta's products and infrastructure.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance to design, implement, and scale controls and tooling for auditable risk reduction at scale. This role reports into the Risk organization in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• BS in EE, CS, ME, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years in software/hardware/systems engineering or technical PM roles.
• Experience delivering large-scale hardware/software programs from inception to delivery.
• Ability to communicate complex technical investments clearly to executives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across time zones.
• Knowledge of risk, privacy, security, or regulatory domains for large systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead program teams to align objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance to define requirements and roadmaps.
• Communicate program status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, scope, and resources.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of programs from design to post-launch support.
• Define metrics and KPIs to drive accountability and execution.
