Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to own and lead complex programs across AMG's AWS Organizations, Accounts, and Control Tower.

You will define strategy with senior leaders, coordinate cross-service integrations, and drive scalable technical solutions globally. The ideal candidate has a track record in large, cross-org programs, strong communication, and expertise in distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Expertise with AI/ML-assisted development workflows and agentic automation.
• Experience driving technical strategy and architecture decisions for large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and non-technical partners.
• Prior experience with large cross-org programs and deep technical dives.
• Track record delivering quality products on time.

Responsibilities

• Own communication, coordination, and execution of multi-year program vision across AWS Organizations, Accounts, and Control Tower.
• Define strategy and requirements with senior product and engineering leaders.
• Coordinate and execute scalable technical solutions across multi-account governance ecosystems.
• Balance business and technical trade-offs, communicating goals and responsibilities clearly.
• Drive consensus on technical approaches with teams across AWS.
