Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to tackle complex problems spanning AMG's portfolio. You will own communication, coordination, and execution of multi-year program vision across AWS Organizations, Accounts, and Control Tower.

You will work with senior leaders to define strategy, coordinate scalable technical solutions, and drive consensus across AWS teams. A successful candidate will unite roadmaps and drive long-term governance strategy with strong leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/engineering or related field.
5+ years of technical program management experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with AI/ML-assisted development workflows and agentic automation.
Experience driving technical strategy and architecture for large-scale systems.
Collaboration with product, engineering, and non-technical partners.
Proven track record delivering large cross-org programs on time.

Responsibilities

Own communication, coordination, and execution of multi-year programs across AMG.
Define strategy and requirements with senior product and engineering leaders.
