Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Austin, TX to lead delivery of technology initiatives supporting claims, risk, and litigation operations. You will own execution across a portfolio of claims-related products and platforms, coordinating between engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful integrations, data initiatives, and operational capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical program management experience.
• 2+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of claims technology programs spanning multiple engineering teams and stakeholder organizations.
• Coordinate technical execution for integrations with TPAs, insurers, claims vendors, legal systems, operational platforms, and enterprise data services.
• Establish program governance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and communication mechanisms across complex initiatives.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate business requirements into executable technical plans.
• Drive resolution of technical blockers, architectural dependencies, and operational readiness activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define implementation approaches, rollout strategies, and success metrics.
• Lead program reviews, executive updates, and cross-functional planning activities.
• Build mechanisms to improve predictability, visibility, and execution quality across the claims technology portfolio.
• Ensure compliance, data governance, security, and operational requirements are incorporated into program planning.
