Meta’s Risk organization seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale risk programs spanning engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance. You will design, implement, and scale controls and safeguards, driving risk assessment, mitigation, and evidence of effectiveness across Meta's products and infrastructure.

You will communicate transparently with stakeholders, lead end-to-end program lifecycles, and champion best practices to deliver auditable risk reduction at scale.

Competenze

• Minimum 12+ years in software, hardware, systems engineering, or technical PM
• BS in EE, CS, ME, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience delivering complex technology programs from inception to delivery
• Ability to communicate complex technical investments clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience building cross-functional relationships and leading multi-time-zone teams
• Knowledge of large-scale hardware/software development and end-to-end product cycles
• Understanding user needs, gathering requirements, and defining project scope
• Experience defining strategic direction and identifying opportunities for impact across products
