Job summary

Meta's Risk organization seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale risk programs across the company, coordinating with engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance teams. You will design, implement, and operate controls to strengthen trust in Meta's products and infrastructure at scale.

You will manage end-to-end risk initiatives, from identifying emerging risks to building repeatable assessment and mitigation frameworks.

Qualifications

• BS/technical degree or equivalent experience required.
• 12+ years in software/hardware Eng or technical PM roles.
• Experience delivering complex technology programs from inception to delivery.
• Ability to communicate complex technical investments clearly.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end risk programs across engineering, product, legal, policy and compliance.
• Define program requirements, scope, roadmap and long-term strategy for partner teams.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to share status and risks.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and scope adjustments.
• Oversee lifecycle from technical analysis to post-launch support.
• Establish and track metrics and performance indicators.
