Meta's Risk organization seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale risk programs across engineering, product, legal, policy and compliance. You will design, build, and scale frameworks and controls to keep Meta's products and infrastructure trustworthy at scale.

You will drive end-to-end risk programs, from identifying emerging risks to implementing and operating controls, and you will work with stakeholders to maintain momentum and produce auditable outcomes that reduce risk.

Formación

• BS in EE, CS, ME, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in software/hardware engineering or technical program management.
• Experience delivering complex technology programs from inception through delivery.
• Knowledge of large-scale hardware/software development and product development processes.
• Excellent communication with engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of risk programs across engineering, product, and policy teams.
• Define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and shape roadmaps for partner teams.
• Develop and implement communication strategies for program status, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and scope adjustments to meet objectives.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to drive accountability and execution across teams.
