Job summary

Amazon Advertising LLC seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager for Ad Measurements Science to own end-to-end programs across multiple teams. You will drive strategy, oversee cross-functional execution, and partner with engineering, science and product leaders to deliver scalable measurement solutions.

You will mentor TPMs, drive governance, and ensure reliability and performance of large-scale ad systems while communicating with senior stakeholders across Amazon Ads and AWS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of collaboration with engineering teams and technical product/program management experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for strategic advertising technology initiatives spanning multiple teams and organizations.
• Drive technical strategy and roadmap alignment across engineering, product, science, and business teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges in areas such as ad serving, campaign management, measurement, and optimization.
• Establish program governance, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to ensure visibility and accountability at the VP level.
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks across large-scale distributed systems serving billions of ad requests daily.
• Partner with engineering leaders to influence architecture decisions and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across Amazon Ads, AWS, and Retail organizations.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and best practices.
• Mentor and develop other TPMs across the organization.
