Job summary
Enterprise Electrical co is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to design, develop, administer, and continuously improve compensation and benefits programs across a growing multi-state, hourly workforce. You will partner with executive leadership and Finance to forecast costs and drive strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards, with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to influence senior leaders and translate market data
Qualifications
- Eight+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or Total Rewards.
- Experience supporting large hourly, field-based, multi-state workforces preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable programs.
- Certifications such as CCP, CEBS, SHRM-SCP, SPHR preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy aligned with growth objectives and workforce plans.
- Lead compensation benchmarking and provide market-based recommendations.
- Design and maintain scalable salary structures, pay grades, and incentive plans.
- Manage annual benefits renewals, vendor relations, and plan administration.
- Develop dashboards and analyses to support executive decision-making.
