Stanley Black & Decker seeks a Manager, Tools & Outdoor Strategy (Remote) to guide strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs across the global Tools & Outdoor portfolio. The role reports to the Senior Manager and emphasizes operational excellence, process improvements, and strong collaboration with Brand teams.

You will help translate priorities into actionable plans, drive governance, and leverage technology to streamline workflows while supporting growth and innovation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, commercial strategy, sales, or related roles within consumer durables, tools, or similar industries.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and driving operational improvements in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience preparing materials for senior leadership.

• Support annual strategic planning processes and translate priorities into actionable business plans.
• Define priorities, improve team effectiveness, and establish scalable processes and operating disciplines.
• Lead strategic and operational initiatives that support growth objectives.
• Partner across the organization to drive cross-functional alignment, execution, and accountability for key initiatives.
• Integrate with Brand teams while ensuring connectivity to enterprise and commercial processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness and speed.
