HDR is seeking a Tolling Market Lead to partner with local teams, develop toll facility projects, and expand HDR’s tolling services globally. You will champion client relationships with toll agencies, oversee market research, and drive opportunities across HDR’s transportation groups.

Preferred qualifications include PE and established toll road leadership, with a track record of developing and executing growth strategies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• At least 10 years of industry experience.
• Experience in development and management of strategic marketing programs for architecture, engineering or planning services.
• Experience in building and managing a wide range of client relationships and pursuits.
• Ability to develop staff and maintain industry involvement.

Mansioni

• Grow tolling services and programs for toll road and facility clients.
• Identify, pursue and deliver tolling opportunities across HDR’s regions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with toll agencies and authorities.
• Lead HDR’s strategy for presence in industry organizations (IBTTA and others).
• Collaborate with local area BD leaders and business group managers to drive growth.
