Job summary

Great Southern Equipment LLC is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager for heavy equipment to cover Indian River, Okeechobee, St Lucie, Martin and Palm Beach counties in Florida. You will develop and execute field sales strategies to grow new and used equipment and attachments, conduct demos, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet liability driving requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience in equipment or related field.
• Ability to travel within a territory and work flexible hours.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive sales in an assigned territory for new and used equipment.
• Conduct field sales meetings, prospecting, and cold calls to generate business.
• Demo machines and attachments to customers.
• Maintain CRM data and prepare weekly/quarterly reports.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and partnerships.
