Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in product mgmt, data mgmt, AI, or software dev with a track record of strategic execution.
• Strong technical fluency with big data tech, SQL, and cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of semantic layer concepts, data lifecycle management, enterprise data governance, and FAIR data principles.
• Experience with data observability, governance tools (e.g., Informatica Data Quality, Collibra, Monte Carlo).
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear data product vision and roadmaps; manage cross-product backlogs.
• Lead end-to-end execution for a portfolio of Analytical Data Products; prioritize enterprise use cases.
• Evangelize the product, drive adoption, and foster trust across business leaders and technical users.
• Align stakeholders across levels; negotiate prioritization and manage complex demand requests.
• Establish and govern data quality frameworks; monitor metrics and data integrity.
• Guide cross-functional teams in modern data architectures (data mesh/fabric, semantic layer) and enable scalable tooling decisions.
• Monitor product ROI and usage; drive innovation through data-driven experimentation.
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance with Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams.
