Job summary

Jubilant Radiopharmacies seeks a Territory Manager to drive growth in defined regions by building strategic relationships with health systems, hospitals, and imaging centers. You will lead high-impact customer engagements and position Jubilant as a trusted partner through value-based conversations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of healthcare/pharma sales, proven territory management, and experience with IDNs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years healthcare or pharmaceutical sales experience.
Experience selling into hospitals, imaging centers, or IDNs.
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiations.
Knowledge of MEDDICC or Challenger selling approaches preferred.
Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, or imaging preferred.
Understanding of healthcare economics and reimbursement models.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned to growth priorities.
Identify new opportunities, renewals, and account expansion.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with stakeholders identified.
Lead strategic account planning across IDNs and health systems.
Build trusted relationships with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders.
Communicate value through tailored solutions and messaging.
Support proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
Partner with inside sales, operations, and pharmacy teams to ensure customer success.
Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity in radiopharma.
Represent Jubilant at customer meetings and industry events.
