Jubilant Radiopharmacies is recruiting a Territory Manager in the United States to expand business with health systems, hospitals, and imaging centers. You will lead high-impact customer engagements, develop new business, grow existing accounts, and position Jubilant as a valued partner through meaningful conversations across radiopharma and diagnostic imaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience selling into hospitals, imaging centers, or IDNs.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of consultative or solution-based sales approaches (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory and account plans aligned to growth priorities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, renewals, and account expansion.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with opportunities and next steps.
• Lead strategic account planning across IDNs and health systems, including multi-site coordination.
• Build trusted relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Communicate Jubilant’s value through tailored, customer-specific solutions.
• Support proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Partner跨-functionally with inside sales, operations, and pharmacy teams to deliver customer success.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity in radiopharma and diagnostic imaging.
• Represent Jubilant at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
