Job summary

InfuCare Rx is a leading home infusion provider delivering IV therapy and specialty pharmacy services in patients' homes. The Territory Manager for the Bleeding Disorders Program will drive growth by identifying prospects and nurturing existing client relationships across the territory.

The role requires staying informed on disease states, participating in marketing and sales activities, and traveling 50–80% with overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; substitution possible with work experience.
• Strong customer focus and client relationship skills; professional communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet sales goals while handling multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects and develop territory business plans to meet goals.
• Sell services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support and guidance, researching opportunities and improvements.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitors to identify new service opportunities.
• Provide input in regional meetings; travel 50–80% of the time including overnights/weekends.
• Complete company training and regulatory courses; maintain product knowledge.
