Brighton Collectibles seeks a relationship-driven Territory Account Executive to represent our brand and partner with specialty retailers across Southern California. This role covers Santa Monica to Santa Barbara and Pasadena to Santa Clarita, with the ideal candidate based in the North Los Angeles area.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion accessories, apparel, jewelry, or specialty retail sales is preferred.
• Enjoys working closely with independent retailers and building partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with specialty boutique owners and their sales teams.
• Visit stores regularly on a 30-60-90 cycle to review performance and support retail success.
• Provide product knowledge and sales training to store staff.
• Assist retailers in selecting assortments that drive strong sell-through.
• Support in-store events that engage customers and build excitement around the Brighton brand.
• Offer visual merchandising guidance for beautiful product presentation.
• Identify and open new high-quality specialty retail accounts within the territory.
• Serve as the local ambassador for the Brighton brand.
• Communicate effectively and present Brighton capabilities to retailers.
