Collins Aerospace is seeking a skilled Program Manager to join the Ground & Maritime Program Team. You will oversee end-to-end program execution, manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, and maintain strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, earned value management experience, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while driving program success. Onsite at Marlborough, MA or Largo, FL with no relocation provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and support execution of Ground & Maritime programs, managing cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead a team to meet program goals while identifying risks, opportunities and growth avenues.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and earned value management practices.
