Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of progressively responsible IT leadership experience.
• Strong leadership of cybersecurity, SaaS/cloud platforms, and risk management.
• Experience in nonprofit/education context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with agency strategy.
• Lead cybersecurity program, risk assessments, incident response, and compliance.
• Oversee SaaS governance, vendor management, and budget planning for IT operations.
