Job summary

ivision, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large technology initiatives and drive successful client outcomes. You will steward project strategy, timing, and budgets while guiding cross‑functional teams and external partners.

The role requires extensive PM experience in tech, mastery of Agile and Waterfall, and strong communication with executives and clients. A Big Four background and PMP are highly valued in this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus.
• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager in technology.
• PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
• 10–15 years in technology project management with 5–8 years at a Big Four firm.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools such as MS Project and JIRA.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills; able to engage stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex technology projects from initiation to delivery, aligned with client goals.
• Provide clear direction to internal and external teams; define objectives, scope and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance frameworks.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, provide transparent status updates, and act as trusted advisor.
• Oversee risk, quality assurance, and budget management; ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Mentor project teams and promote best practices and continuous improvement.
