Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, business or related field with 18 years experience.
• 18 years of program management experience on IT contracts.
• Proven leadership across large organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading End User Services and Infrastructure operations.
• Expert in MS Office and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day progress of a multifaceted program with government and staff.
• Serve as primary point of contact for the CO, COR, and stakeholders.
• Ensure technical, schedule, and cost performance per contract.
• Lead major proposals and coordinate with Pricing.
• Develop Quality Assurance programs and forecast financial performance.
