Job summary

Peraton seeks a Product Line Manager to supervise day-to-day progress of a complex program, engaging with government customers, technical and business leaders, and subcontractors. The role blends technical insight with strategic management to ensure stability, scalability, and efficiency across IT initiatives.

The candidate will direct staffing, recruiting, and mentoring, oversee staffing plans, and manage contract performance while coordinating forecasting and financials.

Qualifications

• 16 years of experience; may include management experience.
• Program/Project management experience; DoD/Veterans Affairs familiarity preferred.
• Experience with federal contracts > $400M and cross-functional IT initiatives.
• Excellent written/oral communication; ability to interface with government staff at all levels.
• US Citizenship and ability to hold a Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day progress of a multifaceted program with Government customers and partners.
• Direct staffing plans, recruiting, and hiring for the program; manage subcontractors.
• Monitor contract, subcontracting, and funding; direct forecasting of program financials.
