Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience in technology, strategy, consulting, program management, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data-driven decision making.
• Ability to synthesize complex business and technology information into executive-level insights.
• Strong planning, prioritization, facilitation, relationship-building, and change leadership skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect technology investments to strategic objectives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology leadership to identify, assess, prioritize, and execute strategic technology initiatives that advance divisional and enterprise objectives.
• Lead annual and quarterly Technology planning; maintain an evergreen strategy, integrated roadmap, and comprehensive view of priorities.
• Analyze operational, financial, delivery, and performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and issues; translate into actionable frameworks.
• Collaborate with Strategic Initiatives Consultants and leaders to share best practices and align initiatives with enterprise objectives.
• Define, monitor, and refine KPIs and dashboards that evaluate technology performance and portfolio health; craft executive insights.
• Facilitate executive discussions and create concise, data-driven presentations for decisions and alignment.
• Translate technology strategy and portfolio performance into concise communications to inform stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
