Search Group is assisting a large high-profile organization in Arlington, VA, to recruit a Director of Technology for the leadership team. The role reports to the CFO and will drive an Enterprise-wide IT strategy, managing internal IT services and an external MSP.

The candidate should bring 12+ years of progressive leadership within large organizations, experience with external service providers, and readiness to operate in a hybrid setup with three in-office days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Execute Enterprise-wide IT strategy across internal IT and external MSP
• Oversee infrastructure and security/compliance efforts
• Drive AI enablement and digital transformation
• Manage vendors, budgets, and vendor performance via SLAs
