Our client, a large high-profile organization in Arlington, VA, seeks a Director of Technology to join its leadership team. Reporting to the CFO, position will execute an Enterprise-wide IT strategy and be responsible for a technology environment comprised of internal IT services and an external managed services provider. Position will oversee infrastructure, direct security and compliance efforts, drive AI enablement, manage vendors and budgets, and monitor service-provider performance through SLAs.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of progressive leadership experience that includes senior-level tenure within a large organization or association. Experience managing external services providers required. Compensation targeted up to 190K max (commensurate with experience) + bonus + excellent benefits. Role is a hybrid arrangement requiring 3 days per week in-office. Local candidates required.
